Shipping Costs
A Lightweight Shipping Rate will be applied to orders with a shipping weight of 8 oz and below.
Shipping rates on orders 8oz and above, but below $150, will be calculated by UPS or USPS.
We offer free shipping to anywhere in the USA through UPS or USPS on orders $150 and up!

Handling Time
Please give us 5-7 business days to prepare and ship out your order unless notified otherwise.

Missing Items
If you have received your box and notice your order has not been fulfilled properly, please snap a photo of the box with all of its contents spread out next to it. Please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can see how to address the situation.

Missing Packages
We use shipping carriers like USPS, UPS, etc. All packages are insured up to $100-200 so please contact your specific shipping carrier for further instructions should your package goes missing or is damaged enroute. Once your package has been shipped out, it is out of our control, and will not be held responsible.

Returned To Sender
If your package has been returned to the sender (us), we will contact you! The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. No refunds will be given.

Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once packages have been dropped off at a shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) we are no longer responsible for your package unless your item is defective.

Please inspect your package within 48hrs of delivery to ensure you have received all of your items and to ensure nothing is defective.

What happens if my order is defective?
If you receive a defective item (excludes physical damages to your package), please take a photo or video and contact us via email at info@thecombinedog.com or DM us on IG @TheCombineDog within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can assess the situation. Please email us at Info@TheCombineDog.com with details and photos of the product defect. If we do not get back to you within 4-5 businesses, feel free to DM us on Instagram to get our attention!

What if I'm missing an item?
If you are missing an item please let us know within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue! Take a photo of your contents laid out with packaging and send us an email or DM with your name and order number!
